chapter three
I had walked about 6 miles when I spotted an old treehouse it looked abandoned and some of it was starting to rot.
I tested the ladder it was pretty stable. The treehouse is about 6 to 7 feet in the air, so I climbed up the ladder and up into the the treehouse.
It was pretty small and bland some of the boards where rotting and the floor was covered in leaves.
I decided that I would stay the night so I unraveled my sleeping bag, I put my food in my backpack so I could put my extra clothes in my food bag so I could have a pillow.
I cleared debris away from my sleeping bag. It had started raining so I stayed the whole the night.
It was the next day and I decided that if I was going to be a run away then I needed a hiding spot and the treehouse wasn’t going to cut it, so I set out to find a place.
I headed north towards the forest, and I had walked about three miles when I started to get hungry so I sat down on a nearby rock and took out my PB&G.
I had finished about half when I heard a rustling in the bushes to my right I sat my sandwich down and pulled out my knife “who’s there?” I called out.
more rustling and then a bunny jumped out of the bushes.
“Oh it’s just a bunny” I said quietly.
I closed my knife and put it put it back into my pocket. After I finished my sandwich I pulled out my therian gear and put on my paw socks, ears and tail. I collected my bags and set out.
I walked about a mile when I spotted a guy with a gun and bulletproof vest coming towards me so I ran and jumped in to a bush, luckily they didn’t seem to notice me.
What were they doing out here in the middle of the forest? I peeked out they were about 20 Feet away I quickly poked my had back in.
And then I heard cars when I leaned back I poked my head out he other side of the bush what I saw was unbelievable there was a big base like building with cars and people coming in and out, almost everyone was holding a gun. when I pulled my had back in the bush I couldn’t hear the cars anymore it was incredible!
The patrol person was about 54 ft away when I ran for it.
What were they doing? What was that building? no. I wasn’t about to go stick my head around in that!
I had ran about 89 ft when I started to slow down, my face was sticky from sweat as I continued away from that building.
I had ran about a mile maybe less when I slowed to a halt to catch my breath when I felt A pin prick on my neck and every thing started to get dizzy I stumbled to the ground and every thing went black.
