Almost every time I brush my hair, it feels like it's ripping out! Sometimes I cry when I brush my hair. It's so painful!

Sounds a bit like me! I have shoulder-length natural blond hair but it is very bushy and thick. Sometimes, my hairbrush gets caught in my hair when I brush it in the morning and I have to spend a few moments removing it. Totally normal, my friend!

I hold my hair up top and brush the hair under my hand and it doesn’t hurt as much

Try using conditioner when you take a shower if you have it.

yeah, same. You probably have really thick hair, like me. My tips are- Put in leave-in conditioner and/or conditioner spray, use the Crave brush, brush it every day, don’t brush it when it’s wet, use a silk pillowcase, and put your hair up when you swim or sleep. Hope this helped!
