When I first wake up, my throat and eyes hurt.

Almost every time I first wake up, my throat and eyes hurt, and I don't know why!

My throat hurts and its because its dry, my eyes hurt because the light, and ever since I was about 6 I wake up with a runny nose, were not sure why because it happens at my friends house, when I moved rooms, and at my cousins. So it can't be cuz im sensitive to my blanket or pillow.

Your throt can be helped by keeping a waterbottle in your bed. do you wear contacts or glasses? i do and my eyes hurt if i wear them to long. your eyes may also hurt from too much sreen time.

I wear glasses but I take them off when I go to bed.

Probably because your pillows or blankets are made out of a material you're sensitive to. I had that problem with feather pillows, sometimes I still wake up with a stuffed nose.
