Best answer
10         ?
----    =  -----

0.32        1

You first multiply both sides by .032

10 = 0.32 ?  / 1

This simplifies to

10 = 0.32 ?

divide both sides by 0.32

? = 10/0.32 = 31.25

Main trick is that you can do anything you want to an equation if you do the same operation on the other side of the equals sign.
