It's called sandwich because there was a man named sir sandwich, and he wanted to play games and eat at the same time, but it he did that his hands would get dirty, so he asked for two slices of bread to put his food into. Than he could eat with out getting his hands as dirty. People started calling two slices of bread with food inside a sandwich, and that's how a sandwich got it's name.
