My parents got my birth year wrong

I've always known I was born on 2007. At least that's what my parents told me. But last night I learned my actual birth year is 2006.

to answer your first question, i have no idea.

and about my real bday, i went to meet my cousin after 8 years. apparently she was always half an year younger than me. and her birth year is 2007. so that makes my birth year 2006. i'm trying to adapt with my new age but it feels kinda weird for some reason. it makes me one year older than all my friends i've made throughout the years. but it's just one year gap so no big deal. but still...i feel kinda betrayed (?) not the right word to use but. i'm sad it took me 15 years and 4 months to learn my real age.
