my periods are irregular and its been a year . Aren't they supposed to be regular by now ?

Not really! I've had mine for around five or six years, and they can be a little off from time to time. Plus, the more physical you are/ work out, I think the more spaced out and light they will become. But overall, for the first two or three years, they were pretty irregular for me, too! I think you'll be just fine! :)

I dont think ur periods should be to often but u should probaly ask a adult or something.

I know this is super late, but after a few years it should be regular (about every month, but every cycle is different.) The first few years, though, a period can be irregular, so it's fine.
