Hi! I'm the pride flag, the one with the pink and turquoise stripes.
I'm Writingnerd, and we're back-today we're judging gender expectations, assumptions, stereotypes, etc-
The first one was requested by Nobi-tomboys.
The definition of a tomboy is a girl (sometimes a nonbinary person) that does things that are traditionally "boyish". Some people assume these people are lesbians. There's nothing wrong with being a lesbian, but A) there are more sexualities, B) not everybody who is a tomboy is a part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, and C) not every lesbian is someone who's "traditionally masculine" (Someone who plays sports, likes cars, stuff like that, and I think we should stop assuming that it's only boys that like this stuff and that all boys like it.) Next we have people saying that all gay people (the ones that are non-women who like non-women) like makeup and nail polish.
Okay. Not all non-women that like non-women like and wear make up and nail polish. Some do and do traditionally "girly" things, but a lot don't. Again, there's nothing wrong with liking make up and nail polish as a more masculine person, but not every gay person likes make up and nail polish and isn't masculine.
If you have any more requests (I need requests pls help me-), tell me! Bye!
AUTOGRAPH, ANYBODY?!
