Was this from the summer or midwinter/spring break?? Sounds like a whole TON of fun!!
Last summer, I was doing a ton of training for the cheer football season! It was soooooo hot! We always have a cheer camp, where someone from the NCA (National Cheerleaders Association) comes out to our school for three days and teaches us new stunts, crowd cheers, band chants, and dance routines. It was awfully brutal! We did 24 hours of dancing, cheering, and stunting. Usually, we go to a local university for cheer camp and spend the week there, and it's kind of more of a competition style- we have to perform our dances and stunts in front of the whole 2000+ people camp! But, because of Covid, the camp was cancelled, and we did the three day thing at our school. I cannot WAIT for this summer's practice!
I did a TON of swimming as practice for lifeguarding (which I am hoping to get a job as this summer!).
I played with my dogs a lot, did a bunch of rollerskating, tried to learn how to surf (but no board or waves lollllll), watched ALL of the Olympic surfing, went to my cousin's military ball, and picked up skateboarding!
