Ok so whenever I get angry, I cry. Which is really embarrassing. Know matter how hard I try, I still cry! And know people think of me as the crybaby because I get really angry, really fast. And it’s also confusing, because, even though their my feelings, I still don’t know wether I’m sad or angry or both or something else and it’s really overwhelming. And sometimes anger morphs into sadness or Vice Versa and then that’s is confusing and super weird. Help me please?
