It's the summer, no school, you can sleep in. Until you've slept through summer and missed everything! Nope!
What causes people to sleep in late?
-No alarm
-Insomnia (Can't sleep)
How to stop it? Simple!
Mandy sleeps in until 1:30pm. Tomorrow, she'll set an alarm for 12:30 or 11. The next day, she'll drop it to about 8/9am. You may have to stay on one time for about 2 days, but eventually it will feel normal.
Some other ways are
Waking up and eating something you like, or a fruit.
Wake up early and wash your face and get dressed, as if you were going toschool.
Remember to wake up early a few days before school starts so your sleeping schedule isn't messed up.
Also don't stay up late, that will cause you to sleep in as well.
