What kinda thing does not have hair

Everything has hair i mean what does not? um after birth some animals have hair, just saying and even more facts. But why?!

I can explain why i little bit but why at birth? And thank you for being here KidzTalk

"At birth" is just saying that they've had hair ever since they were born.
