Picture

Paper

Glue

Stickers(optional)

1. Get a medium size piece of paper and fold the top, left, right and bottom side a little bit

2. Glue the folds 

3. Glue picture to the middle of sheet

4. DECORATE!!
5. Hang up and admire !!! yay
