Having a healthy mind doesn’t mean we have a healthy body. To have a healthy mind we need an open mindset and we need to do things that are challenging. To have a healthy body, we need to do a variety of exercises. But if you don't have a healthy mind it means you don't have a healthy body.
Having a healthy mind is a little more challenging to maintain because you need to do difficult things. But, having a healthy body can also be appealing because you have to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and have a balanced diet.
A healthy mind in a healthy body would be a person with a positive mindset that does hard things, that exercises ,that has no unhealthy habits and is about average weight.
If you have a healthy body; you exercise for an half hour or more a day, get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, don’t have any unhealthy habits and eat a balanced diet.You also need to express your emotions because keeping them bottled up can lead to stress which can cause health problems.
If you have a healthy mind; you have a growth mindset. You express yourself appropriately because keeping emotions bottled up, it can lead to stress. You also need to have friends to prevent loneliness. And you need to be who you are because pretending to be someone you're not can also lead to stress.
So, having a healthy mind does not mean you have a healthy body and vice versa. But, if you don't have one it means you don't have the other.
