(Still only) partially completed dagger

About 11.5 hours into my dagger now. It’s starting to take shape a little. Comments/questions?

Is this dagger you're making for a specific purpose? Are you... Making it in case you need some self defense weapon? Or just to have it on hand if something requires it (other than using it as a defensive weapon)?

Oh, yeah, I’m making it to have handy because I’m going to be staying at the Continental in NYC for a few weeks to take care of business with a few buddies. I’m going to seal it up real nice so that I don’t get any red stains on it permanently. Hopefully it will hide well when it’s strapped to my arm under a tuxedo. Or I could put in my sock too; I’ll need a little gun in there though….hmmm…..
