I forgot I didn't have an advice column xD. Might have to get one of those in the near future-
Anyway, sprained ankles are the absolute worst. I've never had one, but my friend has, so I can definitely help.
Depending on the severity, try not to move your leg around too much or do too many stimulating activities. Like running, jumping around, etc. You can also apply an ice pack to the area every few hours or whenever it starts to hurt.
If its inflamed, you might want to take anti-inflammatory medication just in case. You could also take motren or benedryl if its hurting really badly.
About the cuts on your arm, you could wear long-sleeved shirts so they don't show or those long arm glove things. You could put bandages/bandaids on them and maybe an ice pack or two if they are hurting.
