Trans person here! I want a binder too but my family is too broke and narcissistic, so I unfortunately can't, but I've learned some good tricks!
If you are worried abou forgetting to take it off, I reccomend putting a sign or chsrt on the wall of your bedroom or in a place you frequently visit to remind yourself. Also, if anyone, ANYONE, harasses you for being flat chested, ask them why they care. I always respond to the bullying and harassment over my flat chest by saying, "Oh, thank you! That means im doing a good job! Is it really not that visible? That's amazing! Thanks for the compliment, pooks :)". Fight their fire with your water. Make them feel stupid for making fun of you.
What I do, since I don't have a binder either, is I wear a tight sports bra or a super baggy shirt, or both! They tend to hide your chest really well. As someone with two trans masc best friends who are incredibly self-concious, I totally get thinking that men can't have b**bs, but they can.
I will tell you what I told my friends: You are a beautiful little man, woman, whatever you are. Having b**bs doesn't make you less of a man. What does being a man mean, exactly? Not having a chest and having male parts? Because that's wrong. If you identify as a man, you are a man and you are incredible. Same with anything else. Nonbinary? Well you are nonbinary and amazing. A woman? Well you are a beautiful woman. Me and so many other people go through the same things you do every day, but that doesn't make us any less than what we identify as. No matter if you are male, female, gfluid, nonbinary, trigender, bigender, demigender, etc., all of us on KT (especially us fellow trans folks) will be here to support you :)
