I'm sorry for all the venting lately, but I just need to get some help.

As you know, there was so much drama with my crush about him not actually liking me. Since then I have cried myself to sleep every night and still can't stop thinking about him. I don't know what to do and to top it off, I have lost some weight. I don't know how. I haven't been eating much but I have been through so much stress and just can't eat. I need to start gaining weight, though. This is unhealthy for me. I am also sick rn, so that isnt helping.

Lately I also feel like nobody likes me anymore. They never want to hang out with me and I feel ignored.

Also, one of my friends said, "(Name) has skinny legs". That made me insecure because they said that.

I just don't know if I can live anymore. I already have so many problems with my body, like how skinny I am and how nobody likes me. Please help me. I just feel so sick of everything. I need to gain weight.

Awww. Try not to worry about what other people think of you. Don't let yourself ruin your life because your crush doesn't like you. Instead of thinking about your crush, think about the people that love and care for you, and be grateful for them.

I used to have problems eating, and what (somewhat) helped me is the realization is that some of the things that happen when you don't get enough food and nutrients can be permanent. Try to eat even when you don't feel like it. Don't focus on trying to gain weight, but instead getting the right food and exercise. Then, if you get the right things, you'll gain weight and become healthier! You also won't get better if you don't want to. You have to want it in order to achieve it!

And just because you feel like nobody wants to hang out with you doesn't mean it's true. They may not have time, and there's so many other reasons it could be. Even if you think no one likes you, there'll always be someone (aka me)!

For the friend that said you have skinny legs, they shouldn't have said that. Have you told them it makes you feel bad? Also, having skinny legs isn't a bad thing. Skinny legs are just as beautiful as thicker legs, and the other way around. I also have skinny legs, and the key isn't to be obsessed with gaining weight, it's the want to be healthier and to love yourself for what you are and will be.

Remember, you are a wonderful human being, okay? Just because you feel like this now, doesn't mean you will forever. Better days will come! Look forward to the future and what it will bring! I don't know you personally, but I know you are wonderful!
