〰Prologue〰
April 8th, 1912
"Harold Biship," called a black-haired, stern faced businessman, sticking out his pallid hand before Harold could board the Titanic. "I hope you have a wonderful time," he sneered as Harold turned his face, set glumly, toward his vile boss.
Harold stuck his nose into the chilly air. "Why have you been so bitter towards me, Sir Odo?" he spat, shooting Odo a look full of contempt.
Odo returned the glare. "Do not have a good time, then." he said before stalking off the harbor.
Harold scoffed and boarded the Titanic, his tidy brown hair whipping in the gentle breeze. "I hope this promotion is worth it..." he sighed as he entered the ornate grand hall.
One of the crew ran down the stone-white staircase. His black dress shoes hit the shiny floor. "Biship!" he called jovially, "Dat tobacco plant is great, no?"
Harold smiled; he was here because of a business deal in the Americas regarding tobacco.
The young 15-year-old crew member was obviously German and French, but for some strange reason he could also speak English, from what Harold could gather.
"Would you want it?" he said gently, knowing what the boy's response would be.
"Shore," Howard Jarred replied, taking the lanky plant from Harold's arms. Then he handed Harold a first-class ticket, grinned, and walked off up the staircase.
