Totally normal! You're def around the age where this starts happening to young ladies.
I'm not sure why you're itching, but it could be because of the hair. Also, make sure you're not cleaning 'down there' with any soap or products- only use water! Otherwise, the chemicals in soaps (even natural ones) strips away any natural bacteria that are supposed to be there, and then it allows bad bacteria to grow there instead, which can cause a smell. Then again, it's supposed to smell a bit (to some degree). I would ask your mom or a trusted adult!
And the white stuff is dried discharge. Totally normal, but it also is a signal that you could start your period within 11 months from the first time you noticed it. However, I had a friend who didn't get hers until she was 15, so it could be a long time!
And your breasts might hurt because they're growing? I have no idea about that part, but I think I remember having the same issue when I was your age. It could also be hormones, because every time I get my period, my boobs hurt.
Anyways, I would def talk to a parent or adult about this, just so they can help you out in the way they think is best! Everything you listed seems totally normal, and you seem perfectly healthy, so don't sweat it to much!!
