can someone explained to me how the sun eat our earth

it will make sense if scientenist say that the sun will crash our earth but eating our earth and turned to a white dwarf sounds dumb please explain

As you may know, the Sun is a star and stars expand when they die. If Earth doesn't burn up first then the Sun will burn Earth up. A big, fiery, deadly wave will wash over Earth and thing will be constantly catching fire....including living things. Of course life on Earth (or at least people) will most likely be gone by then. The only thing that could possibly survive the death of the Sun is a Tardigrade or the "water bear" who can survive pure ice, lava, and even bare space!

The sun is burning gas. Just like anything that burns, it will run out of fuel and cool down one day. Like billions of years from now. When that happens all the particles in the sun will start to collapse as it shrinks down to a tiny dot. After that it will explode and burn up the entire solar system and more. The earth is no match for this type of nuclear explosion. The end result will be a white dwarf. We have seen this happen to other stars like our sun and know it happens, so it is not "dumb."

and when I see a planet crash to another planet both of the plant will brake in to little pieces of matter or get out of the solar system like what jupter did to those ancient planets

We know the sun is made of gas because we have many high-tech pictures that can see inside it and show it. We also believe our sun is just like all the other trillions of stars, so our prediction is based on it. It is only a prediction, Nobody knows with 100% certainty that this will happen.

I personally would like our sun to be special and last forever.
