either she is quiet and just tuned out and doesn't care or she is just be nice. There is a small chance she is interested but probally can't say she definently likes you.
I am a girl. But here's some advice.
talk to her. Try and become friends. If she gets feeling for you there are a few ways to tell. one is she will tell you secrets or family problems. A second way to tell is if you tease her and she says stop in a playful way then she likes you and wants you to tease her. Some girls are really confident and will just tell you that they like you. If a girl asks you if you like her then she probally likes you. If she has her friends or sibling ask you if you like her then she definently likes you.
