idk who needs to hear this but your gender/sexuality is valid and you will figure it out in time. in the mean time, there is a website called pronoun dressing room that can help you with your gender questioning and for sexuality remember that you don't need a pride flag to be valid you can be attracted/not attracted to whoever and that's enough.

I think this really helped a lot. I was very confused with my pronouns for a while now.

Indeed. A lot of people here have felt quite comfortable with the topic, and most have come out of the closet (if not all, you kinda never know). Everyone here is usually accepting if not supportive. We meet a couple of people who don't agree with it now and then, but eh, you can't change people.
