Draw, Play stress killer games, research is actually super fun just pick a topic and start having fun! Reading, fidget spinners keep me busy because I try spinning them for one whole minute, relax- relaxing makes your soul feel better and makes you wanna be active. Last but not least talk to someone, or remember memories you have hade before.
