How do you get scary stuff out of your head? If you just had a nightmare or saw something disturbing how do you forget about it?

Let me think, I normally try to be scared hahaha. But You could tell somebody about it, sing something, think about something exciting, do something that relaxes you, mentally, push it out of your head.

Whenever that image or thought comes into your head think about something else as quickly as possible.
