I have been thinking about creating a story kind of based off of the Silens I HP fanfic that was made by KnightStar (im kanye) and GemHeart. I wanted permission from YOU guys in order to do this, cause I wanna make a story about this boy who is also Draco Malfoy's son, but the relations will be a bit confusing. His name is Atticus.

Anyways, I didn't want to do it in case I made a fool out of myself in case Silens I characters were copyrighted. So, can I do it? It'll be good, I promise. I've really gotten into HP, and I'm on book 3 after reading it for, like, a few weeks.

Sorry for repeating myself, but, please? Pretty please, with chocolate Oreo vanilla cream with chocolate syrup and sprinkles on top (extra chocolate)?

There was a fanfic called Silens I that started probably in 2018/2019. It was created by im kanye and GEMHeart. Its main characters were Tom and Lucas (im kanye's ocs) and Asia (GEMHeart's ocs). It went up to three books. It was kinda rushed in my opinion, you know, with the death of the main characters and all. And their ages.

It may not be copyrighted, but I don't think you should. NGL, I would love to read it :D but I heard that Gem, and Knight worked hard and planned it. And I know they are really passionate about this story.

And Silens I characters aren’t copyrighted. It’s just an online story. Plus, I don’t really know how any kids can copyright stuff.
