i want tips about when i get my period. and I have weird  white stuff in my underwear I think its called discharge?

I'm 11 yo.

and am very scared.

Yep that stuff is discharge. I’m ten and have that a lot. Don’t worry!!!! And you  have a ways to go before a period.

How long ago did this start though and have you talked to your mom or any female you feel close to and trust? It’s better if you talk to a teenager or adult about this stuff though. Not another kid your age

Its not a big deal. It’s supposed to mean your getting your period soon, but even grown women get it sometimes. It tends to appear when your period may start between like 6 months from now to THREE YEARS. Don’t worry about it! It’s not fair to worry about your period, either. The first one doesn’t hurt, it’s just weird :) It’ll be okay!
