Today's math problem of the day is:

Harry Potter is on an adventure in the Minecraft world set in the region of Sápmi, which is known for its stunning landscapes. He starts his journey with 1,000 experience points. While exploring, he encounters various challenges that either reward him with experience points or deduct them. For each hour he spends exploring, he gains 50 experience points, but for every enchanted creature he encounters, he loses 25 experience points. After exploring for 8 hours and encountering 3 enchanted creatures, how many experience points does Harry have?

I asked ChatGPT to make a math problem involving Harry Potter, Sápmi, and Minecraft. This is what I got.

1000+(50*8-25*3)=1425

Close. The middle part (of your equation) should be (50*8)-(25*3)

Why is Harry playing Minecraft, a Muggle game, which has no countries but apparently Sapmi, before it was even created—

@Carly

I understand, but there aren't any countries inside the game unless someone makes one x3

@MCN

That's great, but what I was saying was that I don't think Minecraft would typically be a game that wizards or witches play, considering it is mostly known by the real, or in this case Muggle, world.

@JapanPeach

Ah, okay. Awesomesauce :D
