So lets just go to the point this really sus kid (not suspicious I mean says really weird things) has a BIG crush on me and he's nice and all but can be weird like he told me he was gonna do a certain thing to me and my parents can't do nothing about it (on account of him lying and saying he didn't do it) SO PLEASE give tips.

Well I don't know how old you are I am in 7th grade (12 yrs) but I have kinda the same thing that happened to me. There was this boy last year who actually loved me but I didn't like him back and he was really nice and sweet and did nice things for me but I felt bad telling him I didn't like him back. I think the easiest thing for you to do is to tell him either "I'm sorry I'm not interested please leave me alone" Or you could say "Hey thank you I am flattered but lets stick to being friends!" And don't say it meanly just say it with confidence so he doesn't take it the wrong way.
