As someone who got their braces off and had them for 11 months, I will tell you.
At first, it’s hard to talk since your mouth is full of metal but then you get used to the braces. Also, you need some special brush to clean the part of your teeth behind the braces. And you can’t eat food like gummy bears.
I’ve only had 1 bracket come loose (it didn’t fall off), luckily I went to the orthodontist and I got it fixed. So if some part of your braces come loose, then just tell your parents.
Also, I’ve only had braces on the top row of my teeth (they were crooked), so I’m probably not completely accurate, but I come pretty close.
At least for me.
