“Yes. I thought you would have gotten better by now.”
“Yes but I’m not ready for HARDCORE mode.”
“Come on Alex, I need you.”
“Okay shmoo-“
She was cut off by the sounds of a helicopter. Alex said “Steve? Why is there a helicopter crushing my legs?”
“I have no clue”
Then the helicopter lifted up and moved off Alex. \
The people in the helicopter said “Alex get in. Steve needs you”
Alex slowly got up and then collapsed and said “I can’t stand.”
“Oh dear. Stan! Come here!”
A tall man stepped out of the copter and came over to Alex.
He said “Now Alex, I’ll need you to try and stand up.”Alex slowly got up and then almost instantly collapsed.
Stan said “Oh dear! I don’t think you’ll be able to see Steve for a long time.”
Alex said “No! I have to!”
“Okay. If you’re sure you can handle it and it doesn't hurt too bad.”
“It hurts extremely bad and I’m not sure if I can handle it. But, I love him and I have to!”
Oliver overheard Alex say that and said “I thought you loved me! You said you did.”
“I love both of you!”
“Oh. Which one more?”
“Well ….. Steve. You aren’t nearly as kind or attractive as he is”
“Okay” and started to cry.
Alex said “Oliver, we can spend the ride together then we will have to act like we’re just friends.”
“Okay”
Stan said “Alex. You need a strong potion of health”
“Do you have it?”
“Yes”
Stan then went back into the copter and grabbed a nen red potion andwent out and gave Alex a drop of the potion and Alex got up and said “I think I can handle it now”
Stan said “Okay”
Alex got up and went in. Everyone else was already in there. Then they began to head to hardcore.
Once there everyone got out and went onto the portal.
Once they arrived at the house Steve was in. Alex rang the doorbell.
Carol came to the door and said “Comeon. I’ll show you where Steve is”
Carol led the group upstairs only to see Steve crying on the bed.
Alex came over to Steve and said “Steve, how well did you know her?”
“It wasn’t who she was, it was how big of a legend she was!”
The respawner came over to Steve and said “Steve, how much healing potion of healing did you put on her?”
“A few bottles”
“Okay, We’re sorry she will never respawn.”
Steve began to cry even harder.
Alex and Carol took the rspawner to the room Steve had slept in the previous night and said “Can you at least try to respawn her?”
The respawner said “Well… Okay. I’ll just tell Steve the risks and he can decide if he wants to take the chance”
“I know he will want to take the chance”
“I technically have to tell him the risks.”
“Okay.” Everyone then went back to the room Steve was in.
Steve was crying harder than he was crying before.
The respawner said “Stan! I need you!”
Sten came over to the respawner and said “Yes?”
“I need help seeing if she cn respawn”
The respawner and Stan inspected Ursula and said “Steve, we’re so terribly sorry. The only way to respawn her at this point would be to use a respawner within thirty seconds.
The engineer said “I have been working on a portable respawner. Only thing is it’s untested” and pulled out a machine.
Steve said “Go ahead what’s the worst that could happen”
She activated it and used it. Steve’s great grandma suddenly sat up and said “I wanted to die! Why did you respawn me?”
“I wanted to stay with you for another five months”
Ursula lovingly put her hand on Steve’s shoulder and said “Steve, I wouldn’t have died if I knew you couldn’t handle it. Also, I’ve lived a full life. I just want to visit peaceful to see what it’s like.”
Alex said “Nothing special. Just no hostile or neutral mobs except wolves”
Ursula said “Oh that doesn’t sound too enjoyable”
Alex said “Yeah. I’ve really only been in peaceful, normal and hardcore.”
Ursula said “Steve, I think it’s time you start building your house.”
Steve hugged Ursula and said “I don’t think I can after you died and we needed to respawn you.”
Alex said “Steve, I need you to let her go. If you want to be happy.”
“I will never be happy again.”
Then Ursula fell to the floor. Stan felt her wrist and there was no pulse and it was ice cold.
“Steve, I’m so terribly sorry, she’s gone.”
“What!? You’ve got to be lying!”
“Feel her wrist.”
Steve felt her wrist and there was no pulse.
Minecraftnerd said “Steve, if you want to leave early go ahead. This is probably torture for you.”
Steve glared at Minecraftnerd and said “No! I never want to go!”
“But Steve, all your villagers are back in normal mode.”
“So?! They’ll get over it!”
“Really? Call one of them right now to see.”
Steve called Kathy and said “Hi, may you please gather all the villagers in my house. I have a very important question for all of you. It may make some of you cry.”
“You aren’t dying are you?! Because losing you would destroy our civilization. You are the heart of our village. You protect us. You built us a lot of iron golems.”
“Oh yeah I haven’t seen them in a while. Are they all Still alive?”
“Well…none of them made it past the big creeper attack right after Alex left.”
“Oh dear! Are all the villagers okay?”
“Well…a quarter of us died. A **** of us were injured extremely badly and the rest of us were injured a little.”
“Oh dear! Did all the kids at least make it out alive?”
“No. There is just one kid left that we know of and to be honest he really has no future.”
“Are you trying to respawn everyone?”
“No. There are too many people that died”
“Oh dear. Is the medic still alive?”
“Sadly no. He was one of the first to go.”
“Okay. Who is taking care of the injured?”
“Nobody”
“Nobody!?! You listen here! You better find someone to be the medic or I will be very unhappy!”
“Okay Steve. You got it Steve.”
“Who is repairing the land and houses?”
“Nobody”
“Is my house still okay?”
“Well except for a few creeper craters, yes.”
“Is any house still completely intact?”
“No”
“Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. I’ll be right home!”
“I thought you had to be gone for five months”
“They are letting me leave early.”
“For what?”
“My great grandma-”
Steve got all choked up and started to cry.
Kathy said “Oh I see she died right?”
Steve wailed “Yes!”
“Oh dear. We’ll try to repair the village before you get back so you can just cry alone in your house.”
“No big deal. If I have to work to repair the village I may actually feel some joy.”
“You can PvP someone we have been keeping in a secret bunker under the village.”
“No. I’m too sad to do PvP”
“Too sad to do PvP?! Those are words I never thought I’d hear you say. Now goodbye another attack is coming. This time….oh dear! You’ve got to get here NOW!”
“What is it?!”
“G-G-G-Ghasts and B-B-B-Blaze and E-E-E- Endermen are attacking as well as creepers. And oh dear There is a WITHER!”
“Go to my obsidian fortress in the woods!”
“But we don’t know where it is!”
“There’s a map inside my house disguise yourself as a creeper and make a run for it.”
“No! There are no creepers this time!”
“Okay. Under all your houses there is a tunnel system connecting them and use it to get to the center of the village! Tell everyone else! Now go!”
And hung up. Steve then got a call from all the villagers saying “Steve! Our village is under attack!”
“I know! Use the trapdoor in each of your houses to head to the center of the village using the tunnel network!”
“Okay.”
And hung up.
Steve said “I have to go now! Boat on ice speed.”
“Why what is going on?!”
“My village is under attack!.. Again I have to make it back before my village gets completely destroyed!”
Minecraftnerd said “Okay Let’s go”
