How do I stop being nervous

Question

I am a tough male but I am nervous and awkard. I dont look at the person in the eye and when a stranger talks or if my mom or dad argues with me and I dont have the right to say what I want to say I mumble. How this happen was from my dad. But I have to thank him . If he did not wip me  I will be a bully because I will  used my strength to hurt people if my dad did nothing.

When you walk up to a person and they say "how are you doing?" you say "good.... how are you?" And remember to say how are you back to them. And when they shake your hand squeeze their hand....but not to hard!

So just remember these tips!

Tried counting s-l-o-w-l-y backwards from 100 to 0. On each number breathe in and then take a big l-o-n-g exhale as you say the number. Try to feel how you get more and more relaxed on each number count. I can rarely make it to 0 without falling asleep while in bed, but if you do it while sitting you will feel super relaxed.
