Lily sat in the driveway waching the cars pass as she waited for her friends dad to pick her up for kates suprize party but she never got there.

Lily was a 5 year old girl with stunning black hair and dark blue eyes she had perfect flawless skin and the cutest freckles but most importantly she was kind hearted her best friend was named Kate the two had grown up together but her dad was often traveling for work so she had never met her friends dad kate looked a lot like her mom blond hair like gold green eyes as green as grass and light skin kate was a littal younger then lily but was more like a big sister then the younger friend the two did so much together most people thought they were sisters kate was the brave one who was very protective while lily was the vulnerable trusting person who always needed kate to save her but lately kate had been going on and on about how exited she was becsae her dad was coming home for her birthday lily had known long before kate because her dad had somehow texted her because he needed help planing a surprise party for kate soon the night of the party arrived and kates dad was later then expected on picking lily up for the party and setting up it was dark outside and it was getting late Lily sat in the driveway waching the cars pass as she waited for her friends dad to pick her up for kates suprize party when finally a wight van begane to slow down and stoped infront of her house she asked the man if he was kates dad and he seemed confused before nodding yes she jumped in the back seat as he drove off she asked him why he was so late and how long they had to set up when she got a text from kates dad
