Asia wandered around the Great Hall that morning. She had been wondering where Lucas and Tom had been, but had found Lucas. She was very excited to see him, and was floating on air the rest of the day, until she was told that Tom had gone missing.
“Where is he?” She wondered, worried. At least it’s not you who’s missing this time. Said a voice in her head, and she shook it off. “Lucas!” She said suddenly, turning out of the Great Hall and into a corridor, running hard towards where he was sitting in the hallway.
“Yeah?” He said, sensing the urgency.
“I can’t find Tom!” Asia cried, “Have you seen him?”
Lucas shook his head, and stood up. He was dreadfully tall compared to her. She seized his arms, and buried her face in his chest. “Have you seen him?!” She hissed, glancing up. He shook his head roughly, so she grabbed his arms and pulled him along.
Where is he?!
Asia, realizing how roughly she was pulling him, gently grabbed his hands.
They couldn’t find Tom. Asia and Lucas sat under the tree, both rather troubled. “Where could he be?” Asia muttered.
Lucas draped an arm around her shoulders. “You okay?” She asked him.
He nodded rigidly, his eyes a little wet. “He’s been acting odd lately.” He admitted.
Asia glanced at him. “What happened to him...” she wondered, burying her face in her knees.
