So, one minute, I'm super happy, the next I'm crying because I am SO sensitive, the next I'm back to normal, then I'm sad, then I'm mad-and it starts again. I don't know what to do. I started crying when I did something not worth crying about.

Me: huh, I like your new profile picture, sis.*chuckles*

Sis: thanks

Mom: don't laugh at your sister. I think it's cute.dont be mean.

Me: I wasn't laughing at her.

Mom: yes you were.

Me: no I wasn't

Me:* feels tears falling* why does everyone always blame me for everything???

*stomps into my room*

Idk how to control my emotions!!!! Please help:(

Mood swings are pretty common for everyone who's a teen, and it's completely normal! Especially if you've got depression or anxiety, or anything like that.

Experiencing mood swings will actually help you regulate your emotions much better in the future, since you're getting experience.

Although they're pretty much inevitable, here's some lifestyle tips you can use to reduce them:

  • Practice with breathing techniques and meditation
  • Catch up on as much sleep as possible
  • Go to a park, go on walks, and exercise
  • Ensure you're eating a healthy diet

Normal for mood swings to happen especially if you're in puberty.
