So my grandma had an old one of these and gave it to me so I could have a phone (without service. Its so old and is not worth it to pay to have a line on it, it craps up all the time.) But I plugged it up and let it sit charging for a few hrs then it gave me the option to basically restart the whole thing like using a brand new phone.
