Chapter One
Her silver eyes complemented her black dress. She walked in the moonlit room. She blushed, looking at the bright faces she passed by. Smiling so largely, it looked like some girls were jealous. A tall, blond girl with blue eyes grinned at her. Another tall figure stared at her in astonishment. She blushed even more, as he left the blond headed girl to be with her. "Care for a dance?" He asked. She, Beatrice, smiled and agreed. They danced beautifuly across the ball room. He could see in her eyes that they were ment for each other.
The maze of beauty stopped.
She woke up in a cold sweat. She heard her mother, Mrs. Goldstrings, scream out her name. As Beatrice was dressed in her night gown, with frizzy hair. Her brown hair curled around her arms. She wanted to continue to sleep. Dream about the wonders of what dreams can do. Her mother screamed her name once again. Beatrice rubbed her eyes. "Coming" she said, falling out of her bed. She groaned, trying to find the strength to get up. She went over to her nightstand and grabbed a brush. She got dressed in a light pink dress. It was a long dress with silky sleeves. Beatrice ran out of her room. "Mother, father" she said happily. "Father's at work." Mrs. Goldstrings informed. "Oh," Beatrice said sadly. She sighed, walking over to the dining table. Looking down, she saw a small bowl of porridge. She sat down, and put a napkin on her lap. "Thank you, mother" Beatrice took a small piece with her spoon. "No time to savor it. You have to go to school soon!" Said Mrs. Goldstrings, rushing Beatrice. "Fine" Beatrice pushed her bowl away. She pushed the front door open to reveal the cold winds. "Here's your jacket" Beatrice took her jacket, and ran over to get her scarf. "See you later, mother" Beatrice headed out in the cold winds.
For about walking for 30 minutes, she spotted her school. Kids lined up from one side of the school to another. She saw her friend, Adam Grace, line up too. She rushed over to her. "Where have you been?" Beatrice chuckled. Adam sighed. "Uh, had family problems again...for the past few days." Beatrice grinned. "I had the best dream last night. To bad it ended." Beatrice said. Her eyes turned over to Lia. She was the "popular" girl. Everyone knew her. She was famous because of her stunning looks. Down to her blue eyes and blond hair. Of course, everyone was after her.
