So...this is gonna get really personal and a bit weird so you've been warned .
I have been dating this girl, Lila, for two years now. We are incredibly close and I love her a lot. I have this other close friend, Trisha, and I've known her for years but have never really spoken to her much. We grew close over the last couple months and now we are basically inseperable.
I thought Trisha was a good friend, as she always is sweet and kind with people, but just recently she started being really rude about my girlfriend and me. She sat with me at lunch the other day (my girlfriend was sick and out of school for the day) and started talking trash about my girlfriend and her dress style, makeup, and the hobbies she enjoyed. She also said that Lila had been bullying her, which I knew wasn't true because Lila is one of the most polite people I know.
Naturally I told my girlfriend, and she was so ticked off that she started screaming at Trisha the next day. Trisha ignored us both and acted like we didn't exist and she had done nothing wrong.
Yesterday, (Thursday) I went over to Lilas house to hang out and found Trisha there. Lila told me that Trisha had wanted to come, and I knew that even if Lila is mad at someone, she doesn't want to make enemies and accepts everyone. I respect it. So I went to the bathroom halfway into the playdate and came back a few minutes later to find Trisha grabbing Lila by the neck and forcing her to kiss her. I literally had to throw Trisha off my girlfriend after that stunt.
I told my parents and Trishas mom, and Lila had nothing to do with it. I honestly don't know why Trisha was talking trash about my girlfriend but kissed her a few days later, and I don't think I want to know.
Trisha is mad and says that she did it because I 'stole' Lila from her and that I am a horrid friend. I felt guilty for dating Lila when I realized that Trisha had been crushing on her this whole time, although I don't think my friend should have went as far as to force someone to kiss her.
What do you guys think? My friend is mad at me and my girlfriend is so traumatized that she hasn't been speaking to anyone for a few days. I need advice, quickly. Sorry this was kinda long, its a lot to explain.
