Question

Hey everyone! 

I just wanted to show off some of my art pieces I've been working on recently. TW: Some of them have SH scars or stomachs exposed.

Again, idk what happened to the quality but im sorry xD. Anyway, the one with gray skin and the blue tongue is 401. Xe uses xe/xem pronouns (xenopronouns) along with they/them pronouns and is Asexual and Non-binary. They also struggle from SH and mental health issues. They also have ADHD. 

This character is unfinished, but here he is anyway. This is Aiden, a Bisexual and Aromantic person. They use he/she/they pronouns and are intogoth/emo/punk rock style. They also suffer from SH and s*icide attempts. They also have DID.

I'm sorry about them, they aren't the best, I'm not a very good artist xD. But, these characters are both just a sliver of what I plan to do. I have 4 characters so far, none of them are finished yet. They are all part of a series I plan to make about fantasy characters that struggle from real life issues, mental challenges, descrimination and secregation, abuse, and SH.

I've taught myself to draw over time. I started out basic: Practicing head shapes, eyes, bodies, etc.

Nice drawings! I’m glad you included the asexual orientation in one of the drawings as I’m asexual (ace) myself. (But you already know that…)

btw: what does xe/xem mean? is it a pronoun for people without genders

It's a neopronoun, which means new pronoun, but neopronouns have been around for ages! A lot of people under the nonbinary spectrum use these pronouns, but people of any genders can use them. There are more than just xe/xem! (For example, e/em/eir, ze/hir/hirs, fae/faer/faers, etc). These are used by people who might not fit under they/them pronouns, but you can use they/them and neopronouns, as well as he/him and neopronouns and she/her and neopronouns.

Wn explained it pretty well, and yes, they are neopronouns. Think of them almost as they/them pronouns from an alternate universe or something xD.

DID means Disassociative (definitely didnt spell that right) Identity Disorder. Basically when someone has multiple personalities, or people, inside their head. That's a VERY butchered definition lol.

Nah its fine. Aiden has the same prnouns as me, so she uses all of them xD. I tend to alternate between them without even realizing when I'm describing him. It makes it really confusing -,-
