“Good idea…. Except the adults all hate my sandwiches!”
“Well…. Make mushroom stew for the adults and sandwiches for the kids.”
“That may work”
Then Kathy poked her nose back in and said “By the way you now only have an two hours and a half left. And from the smell you haven’t started yet.”
“Yeah…I haven't started yet”
“Well,,,, at this rate there really is no hope.’”
“Get out of my house!”
Kathy left Steve’s house.
Steve began to make mushroom stew. Once he had finished there was only five minutes left. At the end of the time, he had only made ten sandwiches.
Steve brought out what he had made and was mumbling “Please let them stay”
When the villagers saw what he had made they all said “We’re sorry. We’re all moving tomorrow morning.”
Steve dropped the stew on the ground and it all spilled. He ran back into his house and upstairs and collapsed onto his bed in tears.
Alex and Carol followed him up.
They knocked on the door and asked to come in.
Steve said “Sure. What does it matter?”
Alex and Carol entered Steve’s room and said “Now Steve, you’ll always have those two days they’ll visit you.”
That made him cry even harder.
Steve wailed “Yeah but only one day it’ll be all of them together.”
Carol said “You just have to apologize to Tristan.”
“But…. Kathy said there is no way other than perfect dinner!”
Then Steve cried even harder. Tristan came up and said “Steve? You want to talk to me? I completely understand if it’s a no.”
“Sure. What could you do to make my mood lower?!”
Tristan said “So, I can tell them it was a prank and you didn’t actually make me clean you. I’ll ONLY DO THAT IF you apologize to me.”
Steve said “I’m so very sorry Tristan. I’ll never let myself live it down”
Tristan then left and about 30 minutes later came back and said “I at least tried. That’s all you could ask for right?”
No response.
“Right?”
No response.
“I said right?”
Steve yelled “No! You listen here and you listen well! You WILL convince them to stay here!”
Tristan said “Steve, you’re scaring me!”
“I’m sorry.”
“It’s fine. “
“If you happen to convince them to stay… I’ll give you a day of playing on my computer”
“Deal”
Tristan then ran out and then about an hour later ran back in and said “I nearly did. You just have to apologize to me in front of the whole village.”
“Okay”
Steve slowly left with Tristan and said “Tristan, I’m sorry. I’ll never let myself live it down. I’ll do anything to make it up to you. Even”...” he gulped “PvP training. Even though I’m not supposed to have swords. I’ll pay you up to 50,000 diamonds as well.”
All the villagers looked at each other and back at Steve and said “Okay Steve, tonight we’ll have a meeting that Tristan and you will attend.”
Steve said “But my big life changing PvP game is early tomorrow morning.”
“Too bad!”
“Fine.”
The next morning, Steve enchanted the clay sword with unbreaking and sharpness.
At sunrise he was out and ready. The PvP genius arrived a little late. He had a news team with him.
The news team said “This is Steven Stonecutter’s PvP game that will determine if he gets to get all his PvP things back or not. Let’s go talk to Steve now!”
The news team came up to Steve and said “Steve, how do you feel right now? I mean this is the biggest PvP game of your life right?”
“Very stressed. And nope. The biggest one was the last one before I made it to the PvP hall of fame”
“Do you still have your certificate?”
“Yes! It’s hidden in my house so nobody other than me can touch it.”
“Why did you continue PvP if you made it to the hall of fame?”
“I want to make it to the PvP hall of champions!”
The news person said “If you win this you have made it if you don’t….well you’re stuck forever.”
The competitor said “Battle begins!”
Steve sprinted at the competitor and jumped just before he landed.
The competitor threw a potion of harming and wither at Steve. Steve drank some milk and threw a potion of harming 2 and then attacked. He then attacked again and won.
The competitor said “Wow! What a battle! You’ve earned these.” And gives Steve all his PvP things back.
Steve ran in and put them all back.
