Steve began “Welp, there are actually a bunch more reasons we broke apart. One of them is On my tenth birthday , Kathy threw a party for me her being my caretaker. Null came but he knew I loved PvP but he got me redstone things and he also won all the games at the party and worse is, he took my first PvP award while I was showing my collection to the guests. The guests were actually the people we visited in peaceful”
“Dang, your parties were tiny!” Rana said
Steve glared at her and said “They could bring a guest and there were a few other people. The villagers were there too because I was extremely close with all of them. Also, he once invited me to a sleepover or was it I invited him to a sleepover? Anyways, he got all the guests to beat me up. That’s one of the main reasons I hate endermen.”
Rana said “Huh? If people attacked you why are you afraid of endermen?”
Alex said “Good point Rana! You get an extra cookie tonight”
Steve sighed and said :”Later during truth or dare, since Null heard an enderman, he dared me to look at it with no pumpkin helmet and I did it and I got attacked. And it wasn’t the first ti me he dared me to do that either, the first time, I backed down and everyone made fun of me for it”
Null was snickering under his breath and said “You still are a chicken”
Steve said “Are you calling the most well respected person in the PvP community a chicken?!”
“Yeah”
“Well…anyways, he also kept making fun of me for my parents being taken away”
Null said “And that;’s all I did. Now it’s time for me to tell you what he did!” and laughed
Steve said “Not so fast, he was pretending to be someone who he wasn’t. Worst of all, he pretty much made all my friends move away from me”
Null said “Now time to tell what he did to me. Let’s see on my 9th birthday, he got me nothing! His friends also made me jump into creepers.”
Alex said “You’re mad at him for something he didn’t even do?!”
“Yeah.”
“You’re a monster! Get out! By the way, the battle’s off! And I will protect Steve forever! He will always be with me! You will never get him! Now out!”
Null left and said “I was going to let Steve go with us on our vacations but now forget it!”
“I am never going on vacation with you!” said Alex and Null left.
When Null had left, Alex came over to Steve and put an ice pack on his forehead and said “I never realized how horrible of a childhood you had.”
“You knew my backstory! What about that isn’t bad?!”
“Trust me Steve, mine was a whole lot worse”
“Really?”
“Yeah. You got to pick a path. I was forced into elytra. Which I despised!”
Steve said “That’s nothing compared to my childhood!”
Rana said “Let’s just say you had equally bad childhoods”
“Deal”
Alex then said “Alrighty You can get up after ten minutes”
Ten minutes later, Steve sat up and took the heating pad off the sofa.
Alex said “Alright, now I have to go somewhere. You must come with me”
Steve said “Why exactly?”
“I need to protect you”
“Fine”
Then Alex took Steve out shopping.
While shopping, someone recognised Steve and said “Hello Steve”
Steve said “Hello”
Alex said “Who is that?”
“Just a fan of me.”
The person said “I’m your biggest fan. Would you mind visiting my place in village 4,998?”
Alex said “I’m sorry. There’s enough excitement in his life at the moment”
The person walked away sadly and said “Goodbye Steve. I know everything about you and now I know you don’t want to hang out with me, I’ll just find a new hero. Let’s go with you old announcer!”
Steve said “No! I’ll be there tomorrow for dinner. I’ll come at about 5:00. Does that work for you.”
Then Rana said “Steve, can I get this book of PvP tips and tricks?”
Steve laughed and said “Ask Alex. You know my answer is yes”
Then three kids said “Come on mom stop talking to that talking sword”
The lady who claimed to be his biggest fan said “Kids, you know who this is?!”
The youngest one said “I do”
The lady said “Any special dinner requests?”
Alex said “He’ll be happy to eat whatever you make.”
Then the kid who was the middle child said “Can we get this?”
The mother looked at the price and said “Oh my gosh no! Too expensive”
Then the oldest child said “Mom, can we please get-”
“Unless it’s a need, we won’t get it! I’ve already told you, we're on a very tight budget. After that day when your dad couldn’t elytra anymore.”
Steve said “I can help you. We’re not on a tight budget at all”
Alex said “Wait? Emma Howard is that you?”
The mother said “Alex Alteris? We haven’t spoken in years!”
Alex said “We could come over tonight and tomorrow”
The mother said “That would be lovely!”
Steve said “You know her?”
Alex laughed and said “Yeah. We used to be the best of friends. Remember that day you commanded a group of creepers to take somebody’s parents away on one of my dares' ' she trailed off when Steve was staring at her.
Alex said “Oh, I don’t think it was your parents”
Steve said “There’s never been another report of that. It was you. You know what?! We’re breaking up!”
Alex said “But, I still have feelings for you!”
“So do I. But, you’re the one that started my horrible life”
“But… I-”
“You what?! We’re breaking up tomorrow! Unless you can find a way to make me stay with you before tomorrow!”
“But Null will kill you if I'm not with you!”
Emma said “I’m sorry I actually did the dare. I never forgave myself”
Alex said “Steve, I’ll take you to see all your friends from peaceful”
Steve sighed “They’re all dead! Well… except for one and they aren’t doing too well”
Alex said “Oh. Well… we could just get a nice dinner with just me”
“Nope!”
“Umm custom sword?”
“Already have a bunch”
“What is it?”
“You’ve got to figure it out”
Rana said “Maybe a custom award?”
Steve whispered“Yes. But, don’t tell her” to Rana
“Maybe” he said to Alex.
“A PvP book?”’
“Maybe”
Alex said “Okay, one of the last two. I’ll go with a PvP book”
Emma then said “Steve, it’s not totally her fault. Just go shopping with me and have a break from her And don’t worry, I’ll return him all in one piece” and laughed.
Alex said “Well… You are always nice to me… I’ll trust you” she then grabbed Emma and said “But if you so much as lay a finger on him you will wish you would’ve never met me”
Alex then walked away and sadly, Null was hiding behind a shelf and saw that and grabbed Steve and pulled him away from Emma.
Steve yelled for help but nobody came.
Steve gulped “What will you do to me?”
“Oh, I’ll send you to the bedrock mining facility for a year where you'll hopefully go so crazy you’ll do my work for me!”
Alex then came back and said “Steve, you good?”
Steve said “Null is sending me to the bedrock mining facility”
“For what?!”
Null said “Existing!”
Alex then took Steve away and said “Steve, I hate to say this. He’s already signed you up for a year at that horrible place. But, at least I’ll be there with you. I signed myself up for it”
Steve said “Aww. I’m sure I would’ve made it perfectly fine on my own”
Alex said “Null, what happened to the sweet boy I had a crush on?”
Null said “He grew up, maybe you should too”
Alex said “I thank Herobrine every day I chose Steve.”
Alex then took Steve away and aid “Hate to say it Steve, your time at the bedrock mining center starts tomorrow”
Steve started to cry and said “You were going to tell me when?!”
“When we got home”
They then checked everything out and Steve got his PvP book and he said “Fine Alex, I’ll stay with you”
Once home, Alex and Steve began to pack their things.
When it was about dinnertime, they went to Emma’s house.
Steve sighed and said “This is our last family dinner for ages”
Emma invited them in and Steve saw how many photos of him they had he said “Why do you like me so much? You know I’m all washed up now!”
Emma sighed and said “Yeah. I still love you. I’ve been your biggest fan sine your first battle and now you’re actually in front of me I just can’t believe it”
Then someone who looked to be about 35 came in and said “Hello Steve, I’m one of Emma’s kids. I still live at home because well… I can’t find any work in PvP”
Steve laughed “Yeah, it’s really hard to get accepted by the council. Helps if you become a crafter or a redstone engineer first”
“Can you please help me?”
Steve sighed “It’s the right thing to do. I’ll help you. I may not actually get you in. I’ll try though. Here, let me see your application room.”
“Application room?”
“Yeah the room where you applied to be part of the PvP family”
The person showed Steve to a messy room.
When Steve saw it he said “Tsk tsk tsk. This will not do at all. The council judges you by how clean your area is. Let’s see. You’ll need some flowers to make this place look okay to the council. Also, I’m sorry, you need a sword stronger than wood but more durable than gold”
“I don’t have the materials to craft one!”
Steve said “I can give you one that was especially made for me or the supplies to craft one of your own. Let’s see what I got.”
He then dumped out his inventory.
He said “Let’s see. My feather-weight sword. I can’t give because you’re not a legend. My coated swords I can’t give for the same reason. I guess you just have to craft one. Good thing I always carry the supplies to craft every level of sword”
They said “Are you sure. I heard you’re going to the bedrock mining facility and that place is well… very hard to survive in.”
“You've been there?! You seem too hard working to go to something like that”
“Yeah, I had to go there for a few months about a year ago. Trust me, you don’t want to go there”
“What’s so bad about it?”
“Well… each time you break a rule that they have, you have to stay an extra month. Also, you only get fed once a day and each day the meal rotates so you never know what meal. Also, the meal is different for different people so, your friends you make there may not have the same meal each day as you.”
Steve sighed “So, I may never get to eat with Alex?”
“Yeah. But, you can pay to get the same group of people each day. I believe you need 100,000,000,000,000 diamonds for that.”
Steve said “Oh. Thanks for reminding me. To be accepted by the council, you need to py 1,000 diamonds”
Then it was dinnertime.
Alex was laughing when Steve came down.
Steve said “Hey Alex, can we stay here tonight?”
The mother said “Yeah”
Alex said “I’m sorry Steve, we have to pack for tomorrow. Remember we’re going to the bedrock mining facility?”
“Oh. I forgot”
The person Steve was talking to said “What you talkin about. We were just talking about it”
Steve said “Yeah you’re right now that I think about it”
The one that reminded Steve said “”I’m Terrance by the way”
Steve said “Hello, these kids are my siblings. The baby is Martha. The one in a dress is Cartheriine. The boy is Lewis. The oldest is Francine. My dad is named Randal”
Randal said “Hello Steve. It is an honor to meet you. But, I assume you’re here because you have something important to tell us about PvP. Well just tell me what it is.”
Emma stomped on Randal’s foot and Randal said “Ow!”
Emma said “Go on Steve”
Steve looked up from eating and said “Nothing. I’m just here to have a nice relaxing dinner with one of my wife’s close friends from when she was younger.”
Everyone from the other family looked over at Steve and said “What?!”
Alex said maybe I should’ve told you this earlier but, she knows the rules of every council and well… if someone breaks a rule in front of her or that she sees, she immediately reports it and well this is kind of against the rules of the PvP council. And you know what would happen if you broke another rule”
Steve then ran out and on his way yelled “The rule is if we have a full dinner. So, I’m not finishing” grabbed his coat and hat and then left
Alex said “I’m sorry. He’s just under a lot of stress right now. Null may get him at any-'' she trailed off “Steve! Oh my gosh! I put his life in danger!” and rushed out to bring Steve back to see Null about to kill him with a permanent death sword.
Alex then said “Hey Null, you want to pick on someone? Why not pick on me!”
He looked towards Alex and Alex said “Steve! Now's your chance! Go!”
Steve ran back inside. But when he looked out his window he was horrified to find Alex was just laying on the ground…dead.”
He started to cry his eyes out and said “If it weren’t for me, this whole thing could've been avoided. Now she’s really gone. This time probably with no coming back”
Rana said “What?! Alex is gone forever?!” before bursting into tears.
Steve said “I know. I’m extremely devastated too. I’ve loved her since I was around 13. But, we’ve got to keep strong. That's how I got through most of my life. Hey think of it this way, you at least had a loving family growing up. I had no parents growing up.”
Steve then looked at his phone to realize Alex had left one last voice message..
He listened to it and in it, Alex said “Steve, If I do respawn before you die, if at all, I will get my revenge on Null and then come right to you. In the event of me not respawning after a year, I want you to give up on all hope. My last wish is for you to avenge me. You’ve always been my favorite Stonecutter.PvP forever.”
Steve said “Oh, that was so sweet of her.”
Rana said “I didn’t get anything”
Steve said “Don’t worry. I can send you the message”
