The next morning Steve was the last one up.
When Steve woke up Hex asked “Are you 100% sure you want to go through with this. Anything you forget will never be able to be restored no matter how much you try. Do you really want to forget everything that isn’t extremely important to you?”
Steve nodded unsurely and said “Yes”
Everyone gathered around Steve and hugged him.
Alex asked “Can’t you just clear specific memories?”
Val said “Yes. I Know how to. It’s really complicated though.”
About three hours later Val had finished making it so only one memory will be cleared.
Val asked “Okay Steve, what would you like cleared?”
“All my PvP battles. I can still watch the tapes so I can remember them right?”
Hex explained “Well for that to work you will have to watch all of them within two hours of your brain being wiped. And I know you have had too many battles to do that!”
Val then said “Actually I can add an experimental time to restore the adjusted feature. I’ll just have to go to the nearest redstone store. Where is it Steve?”
“I can show you.”
Steve then led Val to the redstone store only to find everything redstone ever. Val grabbed the part she needed and Steve paid for it and they went back. Once back, Val instantly started to work on the memory wipe. Four hours after BVal and Steve got back, Val had finished adding the time adjustment.
Val asked “Steve, How long would you like to watch all your tapes?”
“I would say two days”
Va explained “The maximum is 12 hours.”
“Well then 12 hours!”
Alex begged “Steve! Don’t go through with this! While you were gone everyone discussed if you should and everyone said no!”
Steve said “I’m sorry it’s for my own good!”
“Okay Steve if that’s really what you want.”
Carol and Alex ran over to Steve and hugged him and said “We’ll never let you forget your PvP days”
Alex helped Steve by getting the tapes in order
Val then put the memory wipe machine on Steve and activated it.
Steve then fell to the floor.
He said “I have to watch the tapes!”
Alex helped Steve back on the couch and set up the first tape.
