When he entered, he went right to the announcer room and removed the command block that says only he can use the diamond room and started recording.
Steve then went into the diamond room and said “Well old girl we’ve had a lot of great memories together but, the PvP council is making me give you up. I’ll never forget the time we spent together”
He then ran out and yelled for Oliver. Oliver came in and said “Steve, what do you want?”
“One last battle in here? Just for ol’ times sake.”
Oliver says “You know you could get into serious trouble for this right?”
“Yeah. But, I want my last time in the arena to be good. Also, I want you to keep swinging your sword at me. Make it look like you’re hitting me but don’t actually”
Oliver said “Battle can start!” and laughed once getting back from the respawn room
Steve began to pummel Oliver. As soon as he had won, he ran to the respawn room to find Oliver in the light blue bed.
Steve yelled “You know perfectly well that’s my bed!”
“Sorry Steve, I won’t let it happen again Steve”
“It’s my last battle here and you broke my one rule!” and ran up to the announcer;s booth and stopped the recording.
Steve took the tape out and put it in his bag. Steve then went down to the main arena and said his goodbyes.
Steve then headed back home.
When he got back home, the PvP council was talking with Alex.
Alex said “Steve! I convinced them almost. You just have to prove you didn’t do any battle there today.”
Steve said “Yeah… About that…” he sighed heavily and said “I did one”
Alex said “I knew you would! Why couldn’t I have focused on them paying you no matter what?”
Steve lovingly put his hand on her shoulder and said “I wish I had known. It’s mostly my fault. “
Alex said “Steve, go to your room. I’ll try and convince them to pay you for giving up your arena. How much would you like at least?”
“Umm… 50,000 diamonds and 25,000 emeralds”
The council said “Steve, why do you want that much?”
“I need it to buy a new house or something.”
The council said “Okay, we’ll pay you. 25,000 diamonds and 12,500 emeralds for it. Do you promise not to get a new arena with it? If you do… We’ll decline it and keep the payment!”
Alex said “Steve, it’s a pretty good deal”
Steve said “Okay. I expect you to pay me the retirement amount plus that much!”
The council said “Nope! That’s only for people who are keeping their arena!”
“I read it’s no matter what!”
“Fine! It'll be 125,000 diamonds and 112,500 emeralds”
Steve said “Deal. I’ll give you the keys and my certificates of legend.”
Steve handed the keys to his arena to the head of the council (who was named Theresa) in tears.
She said "and your certificates!”
Alex said “Come on. You’re being a little excessive considering how much he values his rank in PvP.”
Theresa said “He has already been removed from the legends list forever!”
“But why exactly does he have to be? To me the no greifers as PvP legends rule is ridiculous!”
Steve said “ALEX!” harshly “Don’t make this worse! I’ll explain why after they go!”
Alex said “If you tell me now, I may be able to get you on the list again.” enticingly
Theresa said “Steve, your certificates please.”
Steve went upstairs and grabbed the certificates and brought them down. He handed them over near tears. He kept one folded up in the pockets
Alex said “Steve, you could always print a fake certificate!”
Steve said “Do you know how serious of a crime that is for PvP?”
“No”
“I could wind up having new PvP things being tested on me for the rest of my life!”
“Oh. Do you want to do it?”
“Well… I do. BUT, I can’t live with the consequences! So, no!”
Alex said “Steve, what’s that golden tinted paper sticking out of your pocket?”
“Oh that? That’s just my last PvP certificate.”
Theresa said “Steven Stonecutter! You are hereby sentenced to-”
Steve cut them off by saying “I know have PvP tools tested on me for the rest of my life.”
Alex quickly took the paper out of Steve’s pocket and handed it over to another member of the council.
Steve yelled “What are you doing Alex?! If you give it to another member of the council you’ll have to have new PvP supplies tested on you… in hardcore”
Theresa said “Alexis Alteris! You are hereby sentenced to have PvP things tested on you in hardcore!”
Steve hugged Alex and said “I’ll miss you.”
Another member of the council said “What are you doing Theresa?! She’s not even a legend!”
Theresa said “Alex, we’re so sorry. Steve however… will have to have new PvP things teste on him for all eternity.”
Steve nodded and said “Alex! Carol! Take good care of this village!”
Alex said “No Steve! I’m coming with you!”
Steve said “Alex, as this may be the last time I’m allowed to talk to you, the reason there are no former or current greifers that are PvP legends allowed is… A long time ago, there was this greifer named Freddy Gonzalas, he became a PvP legend and he broke every single rule of PvP past and present for the time. And that’s why.”
Theresa said “Steve! You know the rules! No talking after you’ve been sentenced to your punishment in front of the council!”
Steve quickly mouthed “Sorry, I forgot.”
The council said “It’s okay. You have to be at the testing facility by tomorrow at sundown!”
Steve mouthed “Where is that?”
“Oh 1,000 blocks north of the council building”
Alex says “Steve, here’s some pencils and paper. Write down what you want me to say and I’ll say it. Is that allowed?”
The council said “Umm… It has never come up. Most of the time, PvP legends don’t have any friends like Alex. We’ll say it is”
Steve wrote down what about the last interview? And showed it to Alex. Alex asked the question.
The council said “Well, they can always call you. Or you could leave a note on your door saying where you are.”
The council then said “Anything else Steve? And yes you may talk if directly addressed by a PvP council member”
“Nope. Just let me write the note before you take me.”
The entire council laughed coldly and said “Steve! We’re not taking you there! You have to get there yourself!”
Steve nodded and said “Bye. I’ll see you guys later.” and with that the council left.
Steve burrowed his face in his hands and said “I’ll never make it on time! And If I don’t make it” he shook with fear.
Alex said “Why did you just shudder?”
“I may have to go to the infamous pit of creepers in hardcore!”
Alex said “I heard it was endermen.”
Carol said “I heard it was endermites and silverfish”
Kathy said Carolis both right… they wanted to make it as painful as possible for the person it is by making the death last longest.”
Steve nodded and said “I thought that was for greifers. The one for PvP is creepers.”
“Yeah you’re right”
Steve then wrote I’m at the PvP testing lab. Go there and find me if you need me. And left to go to the testing lab.
Before he left, he yelled “Attention villagers! I hate to abandon you right now! But, I have to go to the PvP testing lab for trying to keep one pvp certificate when the council was taking my arena and certificates. By the way, I was removed from the legends list.Bye forever! Carol will be your new guardian! If I can visit every so often I will! I’m leaving forever now! I don’t have the time to accept gifts from all of you. See you eventually… hopefully!”
Alex said “Steve! Kathy’s dying!”
Steve said “I’ll be able to stay here until Kathy dies. BUT, no longer!”
Steve rushed back inside to see Kathy on the floor.
Steve ran over to her and said “Kathy, I’m here for you. Say your last words.”
Kathy weakly said “Steve, don’t leave the village. It will fall to pieces without you.”
Steve said “You were the kindest, most supportive villager I ever had the honor of knowing.”
Kathy just gave a thumbs up then her arm fell to the floor.
Steve said “I have to leave now. I’m sorry Kath, I just don’t want to be in more trouble with the Pvp council than I already am.”
Kathy said “I understand. I just want younto forever appreciate me” and died
Steve said “Alex, tell the medic! He may be able to respawn her.”
The medic then came in and said “Steve?! I thought you were leaving! It’s been an hour since you said that!”
“Can you respawn her?”
“I’ll text you if I can or can’t. If I can, I'll also tell you if it was successful. Bye!”
Steve left his house crying. He got in his car and headed to the PvP testing lab. He made it just on time. (By the way Alex was with him)
