Steve said “We’ve been talking and want you to join a group for kids like you who have no friends.”
Noor said :”No!”
Alex said “We had a feeling that’s what you would say.”
Steve said “So, we prepared a meeting with the one who runs it. She’s coming in three minutes”
Three minutes later, the people came to the door.
Steve let them in.
They all came to the living room and said “Where’s Noor?”
Noor said “Steve, I can’t do this!” and hid behind Steve.
Steve stepped away and said “Noor! We’re trying to HELP you!”
Noor weakly said “Hi, I’m Noor.”
One of the people said “Alex? Is he normally this shy?”
Alex said “Umm… I’ve never really went anywhere with him.”
Steve said “Yes actually sometimes he is others he isn’t.”
Noor said “Steve! I’m not shy! Remember when I drew the circle on the board at school?”
Steve yelled “Where did you learn that awful word!?”
“You! You mumble it whenever you lose a game against us. Frankly you’re a very poor sport”
The people said “We can’t except someone who says that kind of thing! Goodbye!”
Steve said “Alex! Help me here!”
Alex said “This has never happened before! We promise. We’ll never let it happen again”
The people said “Well… Alex, you have said your family is trustworthy. We’ll talk with either you or Steve.”
Noor said “Talk to Alex!”
Steve said “We decided this too. We chose I’ll talk to them.”
Alex said “Steve! We did not decide that.”
Steve said “I just don’t want him to think it’s okay to say the forbidden shapes”
Alex said “I do too. BUT, you should just play with him!”
