The doctors threw him into a different room and said “We’re sorry Steven Stonecutter you are hereby banned from doing PvP forever.”
“Will I still make it to the hall of fame?”
“I’m sorry, you can’t…. Unless you were accepted into it and they were going to add you within three weeks”
Steve fell to his knees and let his head fall to the floor.
Steve yelled “No!!!!! Nobody in my family has ever made it and I was accepted and they were going to add me in a month! This can’t be happening! Please tell me you’re just kidding! You’re just kidding right? Right? Right?!”
The doctors looked kindly at Steve and said “We are not kidding”
“Will I still be accepted into the PvP failures hall?”
“Yes. You were one off from making it to the regular PvP hall of fame and now you’ll never make it.”
Steve laughed and said “You’re still kidding, it's so funny.”
The doctors stood Steve up and said “You… are… banned…from…PvP” flatly
Steve said “Is there any way to get me to the regular PvP hall of fame?”
“Well… there is one way”
Steve sank to his knees and grabbed the legs of one of the doctors and begged “What is it?!”
The doctors said “You could pass the temptation room test”
Steve pulled out his phone and looked at the time and saw it was 10:00. He had missed dinner. As soon as the doctors left, he went to sleep.
They took Steve to the temptation room and said “Don’t touch the sword” and laughed.
Steve went over to the table and carefully looked at the sword and said “This looks like it’s a very highly enchanted sword. I wonder what enchantments are on it. The only way to see is by touching it!”
The doctors said “He’s going to touch it! Shortest time ever!”
Steve then remembered he couldn’t touch the sword for twenty-four hours and slowly turned away still thinking about the enchantments that could be on it. Five hours later, he remembered in his advanced guide to PvP there were ten ways to tell what enchantments were on a sword. He pulled the book out of the bag and found the part he was looking for. He looked all over for a stick. After much looking, he found one.
The doctors announced “Using sticks to touch the sword also counts as touching it.”
“How can I tell what enchantments are on it?”
“Well you can umm-uhh…. You can’t!”
Steve sighed and said “Well…. it ‘s either know what enchantments are on it and have all my swords taken from me or not know and keep my swords.”
Steve then made dinner for himself. He said “Geez, I really miss having dinner by myself.”
Steve got a call and it was from Alex. Steve knew Alex only called in emergencies so, he picked up and said “What’s wrong?”
Alex said “The kids found your secret stash of PvP supplies and they are playing with them”
“What! Those PvP supplies are too powerful! They are only for the trained! I could get in serious trouble for letting villagers hold them. Tell them to put it all back.”
“I tried that!”
Steve said “Put me on speaker.”
Alex put Steve on speaker and Steve said “Kids! Put the things you are playing with away right now!”
All the kids returned the PvP supplies to the right spot.
Steve hung up and by then the curiosity of the enchantments on the sword was consuming him. Then the lights turned out. Steve was relieved and went over to the bed which was actually pretty soft. Steve grabbed his reading torch and started reading his nighttime reading book. He went to sleep. The next morning when he heard the enderman screech he looked all over for the enderman then remembered that’s just how they wake patients up.
Steve then yawned and made breakfast. He then felt immense back pain so as soon as he had made breakfast, layed back down.
About three hours later there was an announcement “Only lay down at night”
Steve got up and went over to the sword. He inspected it as close as he could without touching it. Then he walked away slowly. And then ran right back towards it. Steve looked at the time and said “Okay…only a half hour left until I’m out of here. If I can just manage to keep occupied for a half hour longer…I can keep my swords.”
Steve then turned on the news.
The reporter said “People have gathered from around the world to see the people that let villager kids play with advanced PvP tools that are specially made for Steven Stonecutter get taken away. These people were found out yesterday and as soon as word got out, everyone came to Steven Stonecutter’s house. Where is Steven Stonecutter? Nobody knows. Our best theory is that he abandoned all these kids to leave them with the mom and maid or he gave these kids these tools and said go nuts and left. Either way, he will be taken away as soon as he gets home. We’ll be filming here until he comes home.”
Steve said “Five more minutes come on”
The reporter said “Steven Stonecutter will have to resign all his PvP things when he gets home.”
Steve said “Okay so, I could either touch this sword and lose all my swords or wait until I get home and lose it all that way”
Then time ran out. The doctors said “Go on, the sword is now yours.”
