A year later they finished the build and Psycho girl had cloned Steve 50 times. But, didn’t let Steve go.
Steve said “Umm Psycho girl. You promised you would return me to Alex.”
Psycho girl then teleported Steve to the outside of Herobrine’s lair.
Then Carol arrived. Carol said “Geez Steve. Where were you? Did you get out and walk here?”
Steve knew Carol well enough to know she would believe him. So, he told her everything that had happened.
Carol just said “Okay, so there’s a slight problem. I don’t think she’s still here.”
Steve began to feel a new surge of power growing within him.
He boomed “We better as NETHER CHECK or you’ll see a side of me you never knew existed!”
Carol rolled her eyes and said “Ok”
And they entered the lair.
Steve pulled out the book Kathy had given him. Sadly that was when Herobrine teleported in front of them.
Herobrine boomed “What are you doing here?! You're not the guests I invited to see my collection of brainwashed people!”
Kathy says “Come on, we should go.”
Steve said “Umm actually what she meant to say was we’re the inspectors to see if they meet the standard of them. You call them once done because we both had too much forgetfulness potion when we were kids and now we can’t remember the phone numbers. And we keep forgetting to enter them into our phones”
Herobrine nodded and said “I assume you have teleportation abilities. Is that right?”
Carol said “No!”
Steve said “My assistant is right!” and whispered “Just play along” so Herobrine wouldn’t be able to hear.
Herobrine then said “Alright, since there was no arguing you must be telling the truth. I’ll show you how to get there.”
Steve and Carol followed Herobrine to the room with the brainwashed people.
Right away, Steve started looking for Alex.
When he couldn’t find her, he said “Umm Herobrine, is there anyone else that you brainwashed that isn’t here? Specifically someone with orange hair and emerald eyes.”
Herobrine looked at Steve confused and said “She’s trapped in my bedroom so she won’t try and escape from my room!”
Steve said “Can we please spend a couple hours alone with her?”
“No way!”
Steve said “Okay fine! Do you think you’ll ever free her eventually?”
Herobrine got all up in Steve’s face and said “Oh. Steven Stonecutter! Go right ahead and you can spend as much time with Alex as you want. Here I’ll show you to my room
Herobrine led Steve and Carol to his bedroom and once there said “Come out whenever. Alex, you have visitors.” and shut the door.
Steve said “Alex? You okay?”
Alex looked back at Steve and said “Steve! It’s been over a year! I’m over you!”
Steve began to sob and said “How late am I?”
“Oh about nine months”
Steve then cried as hard as he could and said “Is there any way to win you back?”
Alex carefully thought about it, patted Steve’s back and said “No.”
Steve said “Any way at all?”
Carol said “Steve, I’m sorry. I know it’s over between you two.”
Steve sank to his knees and begged “Please take me back.”
Alex crossed her arms and said “I’m sorry Steve, it’s over. You said you would be here as soon as you could and it took you over a year to get here. All you care about is your PvP status!”
Steve said “You don’t know my reason for being late.”
Alex said “Well…” intrigued
Steve told her everything that caused him to be late.
Alex nodded and said “I’m super sorry. You’ll always have a special place in my heart.”
Steve then decided he should go. Just before he left, Herobrine entered and said “Alex! Time to go for your weekly brainwash.”
Alex said “No! I want to stay with Steve. My true boyfriend!”
Steve said “I knew you’d say you love me!”
“Yes I do. I’ve always loved you ever since the day I entered your village and you let me sleep in your house for the night.”
Steve said “Oh yeah and the PvP battle I did with you was legendary. Remember I was like huh?! What?! How is she so good?! And stopped the battle.” and fondly remembered the battle.
Alex said “Remember how you said you would only come to my old home in Minecraft dungeons with me if I won the battle and you ended up winning and coming anyway?”
“Yeah. If I remember correctly, I got cursed by the orb of dominance.”
“Yeah. you did.”
“I also was very insensitive to you when I was under its power. I’m sorry for the hundredth time for that”
“It’s fine Steve. Now I better get my forgetfulness potion”
Steve said “No. I’ll do it for you. I really need to forget some things”
Alex nodded and said “No! I’ve gotten used to it.”
Herobrine then snatched Alex up and took her to the brainwashing room and brainwashed her.
Afterwards he asked “Who do you love?”
Alex said “Steve!”
Herobrine said “Okay missy! I may need to make the potion stronger! Now I’ll take you back to my room.”
Alex then got led back to Herobrine’s room.
Steve was just sitting on the bed planning an escape. After about an hour, the plan was complete.
Steve said “Alex, here may be one way to escape here. Sadly, I don’t know if it’s wise”
“Well?” said Alex, intrigued by the plan.
Steve gulped and said “I could PvP him and if I win you have to be freed.”
Alex said “But, he’s the most powerful thing in all of Minecraft!”
Steve said “I know that. But, it may be the only way to escape from here.”
Alex gulped and said “Okay. If you think you can handle it. By the way, he has 50 health.”
Steve gulped extremely loudly and tugged his collar excessively.
After he took a deep breath he said “Okay no big deal. I’ve defeated the warden a few times and I survived. I just hope I have everything I need.”
Steve reached into his inventory and found all his PvP things.
He said “Ready”
Then Herobrine entered the room and said “Steve, I heard you say ready. What are you ready for?”
Steve gulped and said “A PvP battle. If I win Alex can get freed if you win you can have her forever.”
Alex said “Steve! We never discussed that!”
Herobrine said “Deal.and if you lose I can make sure you’re gone for good. Are you fine with that?”
Steve looked at Carol and Alex both of them said “We wouldn’t but, it’s up to you.”
Steve gulped and said “Deal.”
Herobrine said “The battle will start tomorrow morning at 9:00.”
Steve asked “Where’s this arena?”
“Underneath all the grinders”
Steve nodded and said “Okay.”
Steve began to head towards the grinder room with Carol. Once there, it was nighttime. He knew grinders usually go faster at night. Steve and Carol both dove towards the grinders in hope they wouldn’t be completely destroyed.
Steve barely made it past the first grinder. When he got to the second grinder, his legs got cut. When he got to the third and final one, his PvP arm got cut.
Once they had landed, Steve rubbed his arm and said “Oh my gosh I don’t have enough negative potions for the battle. Also, I injured my PvP arm. I don’t think I can go through with this battle” and rubbed his arm a little more vigorously.
Steve then remembered what was at stake. He gulped and said “We’ll adventure until we find the arena.”
Carol then pointed at a sign that labeled what was in every direction. They followed the arrow pointing to the arena. They arrived there a few hours later. Steve set his alarm and went to sleep.
The next morning he was horrified to find out he had overslept. He only had five minutes to get ready and he forgot his armor. He was panicking and was pacing the floor worried.
Then Herobrine showed up and said “No armor huh? Very bold, daring and risky, you do remember the potential cost right?”
Steve gulped and said “Yes. If I lose I’m gone. That’s it. No more respawns.”
“Very good Steven. I was given a special tool that only I can use that I’m going to give you as well. You may only use it once. If you mess up, you don’t get a retry. You must use it though. It deals 14 points of damage.”
Steve fell to the floor and yelled “Out of all the times to forget my armor!” and started to cry.
“I’ll give you five minutes extra to gather the materials and craft the armor. Are there any other requests?”
“Yes. I forgot breakfast today because I overslept. I can’t do PvP on an empty stomach”
“You get ten minutes for that. Anything else?”
“Yes. It’s a question. Am I allowed a shield?”
Herobrine thought about it and said “Yes. that is included in your armor time. Anything else?”
“Enchantments allowed?”
“Not if they aren’t already on the tool. Time for armor starts now!”
Steve asked Carol if she had any diamonds or netherite “
Carol gave Steve all her diamonds and netherite. Sadly, it wasn’t enough to craft a full suit of armor. It only was enough for a chestplate and boots.
Steve gulped and said “I didn’t want to use the villager gifts but it has come down to it.”
He crafted the rest of the armor just before time ran out. He was about to craft the shield when time ran out. He decided to just forego the shield.
Carol said “Steve, over here.”
Steve went over to her. Carol handed a shield.
Herobrine said “Time for breakfast starts now!”
Steve quickly made toast and ate the toast. Then time ran out.
Herobrine said “Are you ready?” and handed over a tool that was unfamiliar to Steve and said “Battle will begin in three…two… one!”
Steve ran at Herobrine enchanted netherite sword sword in hand. He tried to swing at Herobrine but he kept teleporting away.”
Steve yelled “No more teleportation!”
Herobrine teleported in front of Steve and said “Deal! BUT, how about the stakes are higher. If you lose both you and Alex die forever”
Alex was in the audience yelling “Don’t do it Steve! He's too powerful for you!”
Steve said “Deal”
Alex burrowed her face in her hands and said “Both of us are doomed!”
Steve then found his PvP wand in his pocket. He turned on disable armor and used it on Herobrine.
He then put it away.
Steve then kept doing his special move until Herobrine was at 14 health. He ws at one and had no more healing or regeneration potion left. He then threw potion of wither at Herobrine but sadly, Herobrine shot an arrow at Steve killing him.
