Okay, who did it?

I was a perfectly normal, not-depressed and not-socially-anxious girl. Now I'm a nonbinary gfluid schnoodle with so many issues I can't even count em all.

WHO DID IT? WHERED MY GENDER GO?

ILL HUNT DOWN WHOEVER TOOK IT AND PELT YOU WITH THE FORCE OF A MILLION COOKIES-

Eh hem. Ignore that. Actually don't. That is my magnum opus; the reason for my existence.

Anyway, I thought I'd take the time to show y'all my gender journey as well as my sexuality journey. Enjoy :p

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

9 years old: A straight female. She/her.

Didn't know what the LGBTQIA+ even was.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

10 years old: A lesbian female. She/they.

Learned about the community for the first time and realized I was part of it, though I was confused with my identity for years.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

11 years old: A pansexual demigirl. She/they.

Went through multiple phases (obviously not phases but idk what else to call em) where I was confused with my identity; this unfortunately was one of them.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

11.5 years old: An omnisexual genderfluid person. She/he/they.

Another odd identity crisis phase thing I had.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

12 years old (now): An aromantic, nonbinary and genderfluid person. He/they.

From she/her to he/they xD. Finally found labels I was comfortable with! It took literal years (about 2.5 to be exact), but I've found a small spark of happiness in myself and my identity (emphasis on small).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just made this to try to teach other users, mainly ones that are in the LGBTQIA+ community, that its okay to not know what you identify as. It took me 2 and a half years until I found labels I was comfortable with. Don't push yourself, its going to be okay. Say it with me, kids:

IM GUNNA BE OK BECAUSE IM A BEAUTIFUL LITLE SCHNOODLE-DOODLE

Did that get it out of your system? No?

Ok have a virtual cookie then! : cookie

It took me just under a year to find out what I was.

8 years, 10 months: (aroace?) female, she/her

Back then, I didn’t support the LGBT+ community for some strange reason (not religion as I wasn’t religious). I think I hid my only answer showing that, but there’s probably more answers by me back then (2021).

9 years, 10 months: Straight ally female, she/her

I changed my thinkings and supported the community now. I wasn’t a part of it though.

10 years, 1 month: Maromantic xenogender, she/her

Apparently, I identified as a xenogender (cactus) person in a hotel room in Nevada. This only lasted for a few days because I drank more water and BOOM, my labels left me. Also, maromantic means attracted to males. Anyone can use that label, including straight females, men themselves, and non-binary people.

10 years, 2 months: Straight ally female, she/her

Basically the same as the 9 year one, but I already supported the community.

10 years, 7 months: Demiromantic demigirl, she/her

I didn’t feel completely like a girl, so I used the demigirl label. Only kept it for a day.

10 years, 11 months (present): Asexual demiromantic straight demiagender, she/her

If you didn’t notice by now, I used all 3 of my labels instead of the 1 I’m most comfortable with (asexual) (also, I don’t count straight). I’m gonna give a breakdown of my labels:

Asexual: It means you don’t experience any sexual attraction. (This label makes me straight and not straight at the same time)

Demiromantic: You only experience romantic attraction when you form a strong emotional bond with them.

Straight: Pretty much everyone who clicked on this post knows what it is. No need to explain.

Demiagender: I kind of feel agender, but not completely. I feel 100% girl and 50% agender, making me cis and trans at the same time.

In conclusion, I’m straight, not straight, cis, and trans all at once.

11 years, 0 months: Asexual, she/her

I felt like I wasn’t all the other labels I had and plus, I wanted to simplify me, so I just became ace.

Me

5-6 years straight, female, She/her

Didn’t know it had had a name but fully supported it. Like basically the same thing as writingnerd

7 years straight, female, She/her

Cause of the pandemic I was looking on the internet and started to discover it and  completely learned  the acronym still though i  thought I was straight but still fully supported

8 years questioning, female, She/her

Kinda  started to think I was maybe not straight.

8 years and 6 months questioning, female She/her

I was pretty sure I was lgbtq. Because I could imagine being with a girl and I watched the owl house and Lumity made me  so happy.I just wasn’t sure what I was.

9 years: Lesbian, female She/her

I felt like a lesbian and could imagine kissing and being with a girl

10 years: lesbian, Female, She/they

Realized that even though I’m a  female I am comfortable with they/them pronouns

10 years and 6 months Questioning ,female She/they

Started to not feel fully lesbian

11 years( present time) Omnisexual, female, She/they

Realized that I like all genders but have a preference towards girls but wasn’t sure what that would be, posted a question on a website called kidztalk that I had started posting on a month prior asking what I am. Wrtingnerd tells me about Omnisexual and I realize that. That’s what I am. Omnisexual.

It may have take me 5 years to get here but I can now say in full confidence. Hi im Pizza Im a cisgender female and my pronouns are She/They and I am Omnisexual with a preference for girls ( like girls about 75% of the time)

Everyone in the answers is doing this.

6 yrs old: Doesn't know anything but still supports, because if you don't teach kids hate, they won't learn it. I understood LGBTQ+ but didn't know the name for it.

7 yrs old-9 yrs old: Learned the acronym and supports.

Almost 10-this September: I think I'm bi?

September: Lesbian????

October: idk.

November-December: Yeah, lesbian.

January-February: Polysexual???

March: Neptunic. Definitely neptunic. But no labels. I do kinda like boys? Like, 1% of the time?

Mid-March-beginning of April: No labels except for queer.

April-end of mid-May: No labels, I'm kinda questioning, I think I'm omni. And queer.

End of May-mid-June: OMNIIIII. And queer.

End of June-Me now: I think my sexuality's kind of fluid, between omnisexual (doesn't like boys as much) neptunic (rarely, though) and lesbian. I also kind of want to us xe/xem as well as she/her. But I do prefer the label of omnisexual because that's what I feel like I am most of the time. I do use the label queer most of the time, though.

Edit: I forgot to mention polysexual in the last part.
